During September the water along the shore has warmed to its peak and any of the critters that swim in the gulfstream waters can be found near the shore. Toward the end of the month the water starts to cool down which signals the start of the best time to fish for the bottom feeders such as snapper, grouper, trigger-fish and black sea bass.
